Additional information about rental rates
- A deposit of a third of the rental charge is to be paid when booking. The balance
is due a month before arrival.
For families who wish to bring extra guests the main house has a guest suite with a double room with a six foot bed a single room with bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a TV in the bedroom and a landing area with views to Bredon Hill to relax over a coffee( tea and coffee making facilities provided). A private staircase leads to this apartment. This area has been recently decorated and fitted with a new carpet. The bathroom is newly established and has a bath with overhead power shower.
The rate for this facility is 40% of the weekly rate for the cottage.
